Use the sauna salt while sitting in the heat, when the skin is warm and moist. Take your block and gently massage it into the skin using circular movements – preferably on the arms, legs, back and chest. Let the salt work for a few minutes before rinsing it off, either in the shower or with a dip in the water. It provides a deep cleanse and leaves the skin soft, fresh and renewed.

Grimen Badstue står ved Grimevatnet på Nesttun. Den andre ligger på Kjøkkelvik båthavn i Loddefjord, cirka 15 minutter fra Bergen sentrum. Den tredje finner du ved Fjordslottet hotell. Siste badstuen er ved Husnes båthavn.
