Membership gives you free access to all our shared bookings. You can use the saunas as much as you want during open hours.
No. The membership is only for you personally. If you want to bring someone, they must have their own membership or buy a regular ticket.
No. The membership only applies to shared bookings. If you want the sauna for yourself or a group, you can book a private session at member price.
Shared booking means that several members share the sauna at the same time. You reserve a spot in our system and show up at the selected time.
The charge is made on the same date each month as your original payment. Payment is made via Vipps or the card you registered when signing up. If there is insufficient funds we will retry the charge. If the payment does not go through, the membership will be cancelled.
You can cancel easily yourself: Log in to My page, go to your membership and select «Cancel». If you cancel by the day before the next charge, you will not be charged for the next month.
No. Gift cards cannot be used for membership.
You can cancel up to 12 hours before the session starts. After that no refund is given. If you contact us, we will still do our best to help you move the session.
If you do not show up, you will be charged for the session.
